Safety of the Month

I remember this happening about a few Years ago; It was our first day back to work (Sunday) after our four days off, I had worked so hard that Saturday building a cover for my Jecuzzi,in the proccess I had driven a screw thru one of my fingers and now I had a fat bandage on my finger. My Command Center partner was at a party on that Friday and had a little bit to much to drink, stumbled and fell and gave himself a black Eye, so here we are on Sunday, me with a hole in my finger and my partner with a black eye, Jim our Supervisor of 15 years walked in the Command Center to do his usual visit, stops instantly at the door, and looked at us with a very serious puzzled look and said: "what the Hell happened to you two this weekend, did you two get in a fight"? After we both told him our stories how we got hurt he just shook his head in disbelief. Next day (Monday) we all, that means the entire shift got our Safety module titled "Using the Right Tool for the right Job and the effects of Consuming too much Alcohol" Jim was laughing so hard when he looked at OUR puzzled faces and he said laughing " Now you two know that I will not let you forget this ever" And he did not. Jim, Dayle and I will miss you forever. Good bye dear friend.
